1. Can I get something in a different color?
   Yes. Although textured black powder-coat is our standard color, there are other colors that are available. However, prices could be affected due to volume of order, color choice, etc.
2. Do you drop-ship orders?
   Yes we do. Actually, we are very good at it. Any order can be drop-shipped provided accurate consignee information is available. Depending upon a customer’s credit status and terms of the sale, freight costs can be pre-paid and added to the invoice.
3. Can you help me design my product?
   Absolutely! Many of our customers currently rely on our design capabilities. Our expertise and experience with our high-tech systems gives us the ability to evolve your concepts into the most cost effective, functional, product possible.
4. Are your products GSA certified?
   Delweld customers have received GSA approval for many of our products. Delweld does produce a patent pending GSF series bed/bedspring that not only meets, but exceeds ALL GSA test specifications that we WILL certify.  For more information, click here.
5. Do you provide samples?
   Yes. Samples of existing products and prototypes are supplied frequently. However, product and/or freight charges may apply depending on availability and customer/vendor relationship.
6. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
   Yes. We are able to serve many points around the world. Canada, Saudi Arabia, and South Korea are just a few places where our products have shipped to.
7. Do you accept credit card orders?
   We do not currently accept credit cards.
